Is there a parking available at the hotel?
YES! All hotels have a FREE private parking. Reservations are not required.

What are the reception opening hours?
The reception works 24/7. Our loyal team will be at your service day and night.

Is there Wifi in the hotel?
All hotels have FREE high-speed WiFi in all rooms and public areas.

What is the smoking policy?
All properties are completely smoke-free. Designated smoking area can be found outside.
Smoke detectors are in operation and guests found smoking will be charged 2500 UAH for deep cleaning the room. In case of repeated smoking the guest will be asked to leave the hotel.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No. Ukraine law forbids smoking in public areas and hotels, this includes electronic cigarettes.

Is there a breakfast served?
Yes, of course! Whether you have booked it in advance or just spontaneously hungry, fresh breakfast buffet is served daily. Price of breakfast ranges between 5-12 Euro per person, depending on the property.

What time is breakfast served?
Weekdays: 7:30 - 10:00
Weekends: 8:00 - 11:00

Can I bring my pet?
You can bring your small 4-leged friends if they are potty trained and quiet, we don’t want to disturb the neighbours. Please contact the team to coordinate this special request.


How do I book a room?
To make a booking, follow a few simple steps. You’ll need to select the hotel you wish to stay at, the dates of stay and number of guests. If you need any help, get in touch with us. Contact details can be found here contact us

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at the time of booking.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?
If you have chosen a “Standard” rate when making the booking, modifications and cancellations are possible free of charge until 18:00 on the day before check-in.
If you have booked a discounted “Non Refundable” rate, modifications and cancellations cannot be performed free of charge.


When can I check-in to the hotel?
You can check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel's luggage room until your room is ready.
If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 14:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Guests can purchase in advance guaranteed early check-in after the reservation has been placed.

What is the additional charge for early check-in?
Early check-in is possible from 08:00 and the price ranges between 17-30 Euro per room, depending on the property.
If a reservation was made directly through our website, early check-in will be FREE if the room is available upon check-in.

When do I have to check-out of the hotel?
The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, You can purchase this option directly by speaking to the team, subject to availability.
Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out.

What is the additional charge for late check-out?
Late check-out is possible until 17:00 and the price ranges between 17-30 Euro per room, depending on the property.

What do I need to bring in order to Check-in?
You’ll just need to provide us with a photo ID and a method of payment. If you already paid for your reservation in advance, be sure to bring with you the credit card you have used to make the booking.

Is there a latest check-in time?
No. Our reception is staffed 24/7, you are free to check-in at any time of the day.


Where can I find the lowest possible rates?
Right here! We have a best price guaranty policy. It means, that if by any chance you found a lower price on another resource – we will compare it. Just make sure to contact us

Are the rates shown on this website per person or per room?
Our rates are per room, per night. They include a 20% VAT. When you book, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested.

Is there a City Tax?
Yes. City Tax is paid directly at the hotel during the check-in process. The amount varies according to the citizenship of the guest, therefore cannot be indicated in advance during the reservation process.

How much is the City Tax?
City tax is calculated per guest per night as follows:
18,89 UAH – for Ukrainian citizens and for foreigners that can provide permanent residence permit In Ukraine;
47,23 UAH – for citizens of any other country.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with any of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cash payments are possible as well.
Payment is performed in local currency UAH and is subject to currency fluctuations.

Can I pay for someone else?
Yes. You can pay with your credit card through a secure on-line payment system. Please specify this information in the booking comments or contact us

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, a receipt will be generated at check out.
